The staff, though busy, were friendly and incredibly professional, making our stay feel extra special.

However, the organization left a bit to be desired, with mixed-up food orders and some delays that could leave you scratching your head. A little more attention to detail, especially with food temperature, would take it from good to great.

Had an awesome 2-night stay! The vibes were perfect, and Siham at the front desk seriously went above and beyond for us. Our private room was super comfy and had everything we needed. The on-site dining was nice too, but keep in mind snacks can get a bit pricey. The rocky desert was stunning but don't expect any sandy beaches here.
